Coastal Plain Area EOA, Inc. is currently accepting appointments for the LIHEAP utility bill payment assistance using this online scheduler.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Coastal Plain Area EOA has made changes to how we are assisting our customers. At this time, we will only be scheduling telephone appointments for Energy Assistance. One of our Energy Assistance staff will give you a call at your scheduled appointment date and time. All necessary documents can be faxed, emailed or mailed unless otherwise instructed by the Coordinator in your county. Again, you will not come to our offices for your appointment but will be contacted by one of our staff at your scheduled appointment date and time. All appointments will be prioritized for Senior Citizens aged 65 or older ONLY, starting November 1st, 2021 - November 30th, 2021 and for the General Population starting December 1st, 2021 or until all of the appointment slots have been filled.
